1. MANAS PROGRAM:
Maulana Azad National Academy for Skills (MANAS) is an ambitious and over-arching skill development architecture, aimed at providing all India level training framework, based upon tie-ups with National/International training organizations for imparting training to the minority population, for skills that are currently in demand. It will also provide concessional credit for minority community after meeting their skill needed for expanding their existing businesses and setting up new businesses..
2. Free Coaching classes for Minorities:
The Institute runs free coaching classes for the minority community students with financial support from the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India. One branch has been set up at Moti Doongri, Alwar and another at Hinduancity, Distt. Karauli (Rajasthan) .
3. NAI ROSHNI PROGRAM:
The objective of the scheme is to empower and instill confidence among minority women, including their neighbors from other communities living in the same village/locality, by providing knowledge, tools and techniques for interacting with Government systems, banks and other institutions at all levels. Empowerment of women from the minority communities and emboldening them to move out of the confines of their home and community and assume leadership roles and assert their rights, collectively or individually, in accessing services, facilities, skills and opportunities besides claiming their due share of development benefits of the Government for improving their lives and living conditions. This includes economic empowerment of the trainee women so that they ultimately become independent and confident members of the society.

6. Industrial Training for placement of jobs:
The Institute has set up an Industrial Training Center at Deeg (Bharatpur) for imparting industrial training in various trades. After completion of the said training the Institute would provide them jobs in Government and Private sector under its placement program.
7. Assist Women in Self Employment:
The women belonging to the minority communities and weaker section were imparted knowledge and skill in making articles of daily need. About 5170 women were earning their livelihood by making and selling these items. Efforts are being made for grant of loans to them by Banks to enable them to raise the scale of the Operations.

Being a professional, everybody need to be good in communication so that he can convey his message in a effective manner, hence Institute provide opportunity to hone their skills by arranging Group Discussion.

Demonstration is given by the professional of their field to let the students feel about real scenario. The sessions are provided on the machineries applicable.
